The ultimate purpose of learning new languages is to communicate with people. Language is used when people need to convey their messages to others. Whether that be completing tasks, such as persuading, informing, asking, and expressing feelings with specific intentions, motives or contexts.

My mission as a language instructor is not to just teach the language at hand, but also teaching when and how to use it. In traditional language classes, they focus more on memorizing grammar and vocabulary rather than practicing them in actual communications. However, in my lessons, I provide many opportunities for the students to apply their newly learned linguistic elements and communication strategies. This is so they are able to apply them in real-world or authentic situations.
